multi-step oxygen therapy

Concept Definition
multi-step oxygen therapy

The multi-step oxygen therapy is a holistic treatment that is carried out as part of a spa treatment. It does not affect a single organ, but the entire body.

By strengthening the immune system, Stress, environmental pollution, advancing age and chronic diseases that weaken the immune system can have a positive effect.

A positive effect can also often be achieved in cases of anxiety and depression, which weaken the immune system.

Oxygen therapy can ideally be supplemented by the daily intake of a mixture of vital substances consisting of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. These so-called radical scavengers strengthen the immune system by intercepting the 'free radicals' and thus protecting the body's cells from degeneration. These degenerations are the cause of Cancer and vascular calcifications.

In addition to oxygen therapy and the intake of vital substances, regular exercise training is the third pillar of the multi-step oxygen therapy. During the treatment, especially after the oxygen treatment, you should go for a 30-minute walk, ride a bike or swim. Exercise in the fresh air in particular can positively support the effect of the oxygen therapy.

implementation of multi-step oxygen therapy

During the treatment, 10 - 20 oxygen inhalations of 20 minutes each are carried out. So-called 'ionized' (refined) oxygen is used, which is about six times more biologically active than normal oxygen.

A 20-minute inhalation of ionized oxygen is equivalent to the inhalation of 2 hours of normal oxygen. The inhalations should be carried out between three and five times a week. The oxygen is inhaled through a nasal mask.
