Health Check - Private Insurance and Assistance

The specialists for preventive examinations at the practice clinic for diagnostics and preventive medicine in Cologne-Bonn-Düsseldorf (winner of the German Health Award 2022 and 2023 in the “Check-up Centers” category) recommend the so-called complete health check. This consists, for example, of the examination modules listed below. Which examinations are useful for you as a preventive examination and appear necessary from a medical point of view can only be decided individually based on your medical history (anamnesis), family disposition, current and previous symptoms of illness, age and any existing risk factors. Only if only medically necessary preventive examinations are carried out can the costs of the health check be covered by private insurance companies and assistance agencies.

The costs for the complete health check vary because they depend on the individually compiled preventive examination.

For example, a complete health check including the examinations listed above would cost: approx. 1.500 eurosOnce your personalized check-up has been determined, we will inform you of the anticipated costs in your specific case. These costs are usually covered by your private health insurance.

Your appointment for the health check will only final and binding bookingas soon as we receive the following documents completed and signed received from you:

✔ Patient consent

This simplifies the on-site processes and ensures that your examination is optimally prepared.

Without these documents, the appointment cannot be reserved bindingly. You will receive the forms as PDFs to your email address after booking your appointment with Doctolib.
