The check-up for recreational athletes and professionals
Even recreational athletes should undergo a health check-up once a year.
This applies all the more, if you want to start doing sport again after a longer period of time.
After the fitness check-up, we will give you individual training recommendations and discuss with you, what kind of sport is suitable for you, in which form and how often you should practice it.
Moreover, we will explain it to you how to use the so-called pulse watch for exercise monitoring.
